株洲瀚海精密工具有限公司系我国较早生产硬质合金成型剂的厂家。该厂生产的SBP硬质合金成型剂是我国95计划终点科研成果，现已获得国家发明专利，专利号ZL00 1 13640.2 国际专利主分类号：C09J109/06，产品自96年投产以来，先后经过很多的硬质合金生产厂家使用确认，SBP硬质合金成型剂粘结力大、灰份低，不会引起硬质合金产品脏化，由于SBP低温下能排除干净，所以硬质合金产品不会出现渗脱碳现象，加上SBP不易老化，因此混合料存放相应不易增氧等特点。

SBP hard metal forming agent produced by us is the result of China’s Ninth Five-Year Plans, which has been “Patent for Invention” (Patent No. ZL00 1 13640.2) certificated. Since starting production in 1996, it has been approved by many hard metal manufacturers. SBP hard metal forming agent makes firm bond, and is low-ash. It will not cause the pollution of hard metal. Hard metal products will not be decarburized and carburized as SBP can be removed completely in low temperature. And also SBP is not easy to be aged, so it is not easy to add oxygen when storing mixture.
