SBP is high-tech product which resolves the hard problem of spray granulation in hard metal industry.
SBP成型剂的主要性能：
1、SBP没有焦化粒子的存在，所以灰份低（0.01％以下）故不会引起硬质合金产品赃化。
2、SBP具有极强的粘结性和极小的粘滞性，同时对混合料有极好的湿润性，压制成型时蠕变性好，允许采用较高的压制压力和较快的压制速度，而压坯不易分层、裂纹、压坯强度也比掺橡胶的压坯要高得多。
3、SBP不易“老化”，混合料掺胶后可以长时间储存。
4、SBP在较低和较高的压力下都不易分层，有利于细颗粒混合料的压制成型。
5、压制时料粒基本上不粘冲头。
6、在烧结过程中SBP能完全被排除，不产生赃化孔，碳残留也极小，因而不会造成合金渗碳。
Main properties of SBP forming agent:
- No coking particle in SBP, so it has low ash (less than 0.01%), not to cause pollution of hard metal products.
- SBP has strong bond and very small viscosity. Meanwhile, it has excellent wettability to the mixture. So it has good creep property when compacting, which permits higher pressure and faster speed. The green compact can not be easy to layer and crack. Green strength is also much higher than green compact that mixed with rubber.
- SBP is not easy to be aged. The mixture can be stored for long time when mixing into pastern.
- SBP is not easy to layer at lower or higher pressure, which helps the forming of mixture of fine particles.

The particles almost don’t adhere to the punch.
- SBP can be removed completely during sintering, not to produce polluting holes. It also has very little carbon residue, not to cause alloy carburization. |
