硬质合金粉末料在BYP系列闭式循环压力喷雾干燥塔内进行喷雾干燥制粒。采用SBP作成型剂，喷出的料粒柔软、均匀，氧含量低，成型时蠕变性非常好，半成品的压制密度明显提高，确实是一种理想的成型剂。
具体使用方法：
   1、不同牌号的混合料用正己烷作碾磨介质，加入量与酒精加量相同，碾磨时间按不同牌号与酒精工艺一样碾磨。
   2、混合料按规定时间碾磨好后卸到料桶中沉淀5-10分钟，然后将沉淀好的正己烷抽走，但要保证湿磨料中的正己烷有一定的量，一般为64kg左右。无锡弘腾干燥机械公司使用现场
   3、把搅拌槽中加入一定量的正己烷，标准是用肉眼能见到槽中底部正己烷露出底部即可。
   4、将抽走沉淀好的正己烷的湿磨料装进搅拌槽，同时要将搅拌槽启动搅拌，中间不允许停机，直到料浆喷完才能停机。
   5、喷料前湿磨料要保征搅才半2小时才能进行喷雾，否则会堵喷咀。
   6、喷雾时进口温度100-120℃左右，出口温度80-90℃左右。
   7、喷雾塔的其他技术参数以生产喷雾塔厂家定的为准。

　　Hard metal powder is spray drying granulated in BYP Series closed-cycle press spray drying tower. Applying SBP as forming agent, the granule sprayed is soft, well-distributed and has low oxygen content. It has excellent creep property when forming. The pressed density of semi-finished products can be improved obviously. SBP is really a kind of perfect forming agent.
Methods of application in details:
　　- Grind the mixture of different grades, add alcohol, and then apply normal hexane as grinding media, the quantity of which is the same as alcohol. The grinding time varies according to the different grades and alcohol.
　　- The mixture is unloaded to charging basket after grinding for scheduled time, to deposit for 5 to 10 minutes. After deposition, the normal hexane can be removed. But there must be certain normal hexane remained in the wet mixture, 64kg generally.
　　- Add normal hexane to mixing tank, the standard quantity should be seen with the naked eye in the bottom of the tank.
　　 - Fill the wet mixture to the mixing tank, and then start mixing. It can not stop until the slurry has finished spraying.
　　- The wet mixture must be mixing for 2 hours before spraying. Or it will choke the nozzle.
　　- The temperature in entrance will be 100-120℃, and 80-90℃ in the exit when spraying.
　　- Other technical parameters of the spray drying tower should subject to the spray drying tower producer.
